Please note that deleting an ediscovery database will permanently delete all documents and work product and cannot be undone. If you would like an Archive of your database, a separate request must be submitted before your Deletion Request. This ensures that a copy of your data is preserved and delivered to you before permanent deletion goes into effect on your database. The DISCO platform is designed to give you complete control over your ediscovery, and we have an extensive list of resources available to assist you on our knowledge page. Please review this DISCO end of matter page for specific information on deletion, archiving and Vault processes. Please note that the request will ONLY delete the ediscovery database requested. To delete the associated Case Builder database, please email notices@csdisco.com.
